Refund & Cancellation Policy

Different categories, different rules. We keep the terms transparent so you always know what to expect.

This policy covers all bookings made through Gevitys. The specific rules that apply to your booking depend on the category of the listing.

Services & Wellness

  • 24+ hours before
    100% refund
  • 12โ€“24 hours before
    50% refund
  • Under 12 hours / no-show
    No refund

Some premium practitioners may require 48h notice โ€” always shown on the listing before you book.

Villas & Rentals

  • 30+ days before check-in
    100% refund minus 5% processing
  • 14โ€“30 days before
    50% refund
  • Under 14 days
    No refund (except force majeure)

Long-stay bookings (30+ nights) follow custom terms displayed on the villa page.

Events & Experiences

  • 7+ days before event
    100% refund
  • 48h โ€“ 7 days before
    50% refund or free reschedule
  • Under 48h
    No refund

If the host cancels for any reason, you get a full refund automatically.

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.
  • Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
  • Payment processing fees (typically 2โ€“3%) are non-refundable when the cancellation is initiated by the guest.

Force majeure & emergencies

In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, medical emergencies (with documentation) or host-initiated cancellations, we work with the host to offer a full refund or a free reschedule โ€” no matter the timing.

Disputes

If a service was materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours of the booking with photos or documentation. Our support team mediates directly with the host and aims to resolve within 5 business days.
