Terms of Service

By using Gevitys you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they set out how the platform works and what you can expect from us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP ("PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the Gevitys platform (the "Platform").

1. About Gevitys

Gevitys is an online marketplace operated by PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP, connecting travellers and residents in Bali with independent service providers, villa owners, and experience hosts. Gevitys is a marketplace platform only and is not the direct provider of the listed services, accommodations or experiences.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings

When you confirm a booking you enter a contract directly with the host. PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP, through the Gevitys Platform, acts as a facilitator and payment agent between you and the host. Cancellations, refunds and disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments & fees

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A service fee may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by regulated payment partners (including Xendit and Stripe) on behalf of PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.

5. Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service.
  • No abusive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour toward hosts or staff.

6. Host obligations

Businesses listed on Gevitys are independently owned and must comply with Indonesian law, hold the necessary permits, and deliver services safely and as described. PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP is not a party to the underlying service contract between guest and host.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT. LONGEVITY PARTNER GROUP is not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia, unless a mandatory consumer-law provision states otherwise.
